Hello ,

You probably share the interest that Roshmi and I have in natural remedies
for health problems, which explains why you are presently reading this newsletter!

We gather our knowledge from paid subscriptions to various publications put out
by very reputable doctors, and share this knowledge with you.

We also recommend a very limited selection of health products, after researching
them carefully. The power of the mind is proven, and can be harnessed to create
prosperity and happiness in your life, so we recommend certain mental products
that we have used personally.

A common lament today is " I have health problems, and I feel tired and unhappy ".
This could be due to stress, weight problems, problems associated with aging,
or to any number of causes. So, I'm going to outline how an ideal day should be
lived. If you include as many of these tips as you can, into your daily routine,
I promise it will make you feel like a new person.

"Wake up early so you don't have to rush. (Prevents stress)

"Do the Tibetan Yoga exercises. (or other aerobic stretching)

" Dissolve ½ teaspoon of salt and ½ teaspoon of baking soda in hot water and
gargle. It will prevent gingivitis. Wash your mouth out thoroughly with the gargle
as most toothpastes contain fluoride!

" Make time for breakfast. Include fruit and oatmeal. Substitute tea for coffee,
if possible. Flavour the tea with cinnamon.

" Take 15 minutes "quiet time" alone before leaving for work. Soft background
music helps calm the mind to cope with the day ahead.

" Eat a light lunch, and take a walk after. Eat slowly; it's not only good for your
digestion, but will satisfy your hunger better than if you eat fast. Avoid liquids
30 minutes before, and 30 minutes after, eating. Liquids dilute your digestive
juices. Eat your food in the order that we recommend in our free 6 part health
course so that you optimize your digestive process.

" Take a walk, or do some light exercise, after work to re-energize you and
alleviate any stress. It will also curb your appetite so that you will be
disinclined to over-eat at dinner.

" If you do drink, a drink or two before dinner is fine, even recommended.
Research has shown that it may prevent heart disease. A glass of red wine
is especially good for you.

" Try to dine at least a couple of hours before retiring. It is relaxing to read,
or just chat, at the end of the day, rather than watching TV (which is actually
tiring, not relaxing).

However, laughter is beneficial. So TV comedies that make you laugh can be
relaxing and physically beneficial, even if you do remain stationery.

" If you have the Holosync CDs, which we use and strongly recommend,
the ideal time to listen and meditate is before retiring. You will sleep well
(and much more!).

" Try to hit the hay by eleven p.m. latest. The deepest sleep is supposed to
occur in the pre-midnight hours.

We realize you may not be able to fit in every recommendation listed above,
but do try to include as many as possible.
